Photo to Sticker is built for safe, lawful image editing and sticker creation. This policy explains what is and is not allowed when you use the service.
Allowed Use
You may use Photo to Sticker to upload and transform images when:
- you have the right to use the image
- the content is lawful and non-explicit
- the use does not violate another person's privacy, safety, or intellectual property rights
Prohibited Content
You may not use Photo to Sticker to upload, process, or generate content that includes or promotes:
- nudity, sexual acts, explicit sexual content, fetish content, or otherwise NSFW material
- sexualized images of minors or any exploitative content involving minors
- gore, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or extreme injury
- hate speech, harassment, threats, or degrading content targeting protected groups
- impersonation, deceptive face swaps, deepfakes, or identity misuse
- illegal activity, scams, fraud, malware, phishing, or abuse of payment systems
- copyrighted or private material that you do not have the right to use
- personal data of another person without permission
Prohibited Behavior
You may not:
- attempt to bypass moderation, safety systems, or usage limits
- automate abusive requests or overload the service
- reverse engineer or scrape the service
- use the service in a way that creates legal, compliance, or payment risk for the platform
Moderation and Enforcement
Photo to Sticker uses automated moderation and safety controls on uploads and generation flows. We may:
- block an upload or generation request
- withhold output delivery
- suspend or terminate access
- cancel or refuse an order
- cooperate with service providers or authorities where required
